We are looking for a project manager for a period of 4 to 6 months, for an internship based in Stockholm, at the Omexom office for activities in Sweden and the Nordic countries where you will gain hands-on experience of cross-country networking on HR development projects and practices.

Your main missions and activities:

  • Implementing a culture of traineeships/internships, developing and diversifying relationships with schools/universities for early onboarding and recruitment of young talents, with a special focus on diversity and             gender balance.
  • Animating various communities on our corporate social networks around specific themes, in line with the overall corporate HR strategy and related to the projects carried out in our countries.
  • Organizing the day-to day the teamwork in an international environment.

Your internship project will be shaped around:

  • Diversity, School Relationships and Digital Recruitment: Process, Tools, Best Practices and KPIs.

Purpose of the job :

  • Contribute, in support of the director concerned, to the success of the listed missions.
  • Work both under the direction of a tutor and independently on the basis of regularly assessed instructions.

Your profile :

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree preparation
  • Be fluent in English (in addition to your native language).
  • Be a good communicator, open-minded and interested in working with different cultures.
  • Taste and talent in digital tools AND human relationships.
  • Strong team spirit.
  • Be able to start in February 2022
